I step in slowly, one foot at a time.  The heat send tingles through my toes up to my chest.  After a moment, my body begins to adjust and I can take another step down.  The bubbles tickle my legs as I move in further.  I send my hands out to the surface and my fingers play over and below the ripples.  The sensation in my hands flows from warmth to chill as they dip in and out.  I sit down cautiously, moving with a deliberate calm.  The bubbles rise to my neck as I settle in near a jet.  Forceful water presses on my lower back, a stark contrast to the gentle waters surrounding me.  I notice the light from outside shimmering along the tops of the swirls.  Inside a peaceful tranquility washes over me. My arms float upwards as I close my eyes and sink into the moment.
